I accidentally hit the pick up button instead of ship button. This company was able to tell I had messed up my order and shipped the product to me without me having to straighten it out.

I place order on 12.5.24 received notice it was delivered on 12.15.24.
I never received the package I checked the mailbox daily I never received the order I paid for and I paid for first class mail
I notified juicy skate each day I had not received my package
They blamed it on incorrect address I have received mail at that address for 2years
I requested a refund or send me my order they have not responded

I ordered 2 items December 1 which were shipped separately. One of those arrived very quickly and without issue from Oregon to Ohio. The other part of the order was shipped from South Carolina and seemed to have got lost 2-3 days after leaving there somewhere around Urbancrest, Ohio with all tracking ceasing to be done at that point on12-6-24. This was not the seller's fault but rather the fault of UPS mail Innovations EXPEDITED, which seems to have a lot of problems with this service and for exactly the same reasons, tracking omissions, and delays in the hand off from UPS to USPS because there can be many hand offs before it gets to USPS which finishes the local delivery.
Once I was able to reach the seller, they went out of their way, above and beyond and spent $21 of their own money to ship me a replacement for the missing item via UPS 2nd day air service and it arrived right on time. The original package also showed up eventually while the replacement was in route. The seller was informed of that and was not concerned about returning the extra one,stating. they were not concerned with profit, they were concerned with the customer and that profit would come later after that.
For such service I highly recommend this seller and will definitely consider them again for other needs. I also suggest you use the online contact form, access for which is found at the top of their webpage as it is the most effective and answered more quickly than the other contact forms on the site, including the chat.
