Total scam do not buy here. The website now reverts to a pet supply website. He would reply to my texts stating he wasn't scam but a small company in difficult times`. I ordered a deck beginning of August never received it. I gave my bank info for a reimbursement I never got that either. DO NOT buy from this website you'll be ripped off.

Stay away. Ordered a new deck for my son, £104 5th September.
It's now 23rd September and no deck has been delivered.
Telephone numbers provided are unobtainable.
No reply to multiple emails and webchat is ignored.
It is either a scam company or completely incompetent.
Do not use.

I ordered a skateboard online in July (via PayPal, as I'm in the U.S.) and was promptly charged £211.50, yet received no shipping/courier/tracking info, no estimated date of arrival, nothing. Some weeks later, I realized my package has still not arrived. When I reached out to Juicy Skate to request shipping confirmation and try to get some tracking info, I was offered £10 "for my troubles" LOL (which I didn't accept), yet I still did not receive any shipping or tracking info (or the package)! Finally I was left no choice but to open a case file and escalate to PayPal to see if I could (1) either get the item shipped to me, or (2) get a full refund. I just received confirmation from PayPal today that the case was decided in my favor and I have been refunded the full amount. Thank god I ordered via PayPal! Otherwise I would have had very little recourse. I'm not sure if this company is a scam, or just run by highly incompetent people. Either way, stay far away from Juicy Skate. Cannot recommend. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

AVOID- scam company. They do not send the item. They ignore all emails and do not provide tracking info. Phones ring but no one ever answers and says leave a message but just cuts off.

Update 5th September - order has arrived after much better customer service and communication, apparently was stuck at the Depot! Daughter now has her birthday present so I’m happy.

Update 4hours after writing this: had a call from juicy skate - apologised for what has happened and apparently sending another board out to us which should be here in next two days. I will update review accordingly.

Contact number doesn't work, not replied to emails and web chat ignored. Ordered almost two weeks ago, tracking number provided isn’t working and cannot get hold of anyone.
Having to go through my bank to try and claim my money back. Was my daughter’s birthday present and I am now £130 out of pocket and no present as of yet.
Absolutely gutted and so upset.
