"We heard about First Aid carpet on the…"

We heard about First Aid carpet on the Isle of wight radio advertising one morning. I am so glad I did because when I phoned Craig he told me a time he would come to give me a quote & he turned up promptly. We discussed a date for the cleaning & again he kept me up to date when he was running late
On the day Craig & his lovely assistant Lucilla explained exactly what they were doing & why, we had a chat then they started on the carpets, What a lovely job they made of them too
My carpets were about 2 yrs old, they bought them back to life & what a lovely fresh smell. Craig issued us both with plastic over shoes so our feet stayed dry but the carpets were almost dry anyway
I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig. Lucilla has her own cleaning business & if She shows the same professionalism as She did here She will have no trouble getting work
Finally it was so refreshing to have a tradesmen that actually turned up & wanted the work

I emailed on a Saturday and Craig rang me Monday to clarify what I wanted and by luck had a cancellation for the next day which was a result because my neighbours had had to wait about two weeks for an appointment. Craig & Peter arrived on time and were friendly and professional throughout. The bedroom carpet looks lovely but the big surprise was the job they did on my large rug, which had marks but they managed to remove them all and I’m so pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them.
