Have shopped with Christmas 4u for last 3 years. Never had any issues, even when I changed my mind about an item, as long as you contact them before the cutoff date there was no problem cancelling.
The customer service team are always courteous and helpful.

There is a small charge on gift cards but its all upfront.
The website is very user friendly and you know exactly where you are with payments.

Delivery has always been speedy after full payment, I find the whole service so convenient with the coat of Christmas.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received I ordered a tree last year and it was a piece of crap, nothing like the pictures so sent it back this year I was let down with my delivery of lights then was told a different day which never happened and now all contact is being ignored. This is a rubbish thieving company and I know of others that have been ripped off by them. Don't shop with them they are pure dirt
