"Ordered for the first time this year…"

Ordered for the first time this year after being recommended by friends. Christmas decorations. The promised delivery date of November did not happen. Seemingly some of their stuff got held up in customs. I was waiting on a Christmas tree that was despatched on time but was sent to the wrong fastway depot. Of course as everyone knows fastway cant be contacted. So I contacted c2us costumer service line which they rarely answer and when a call back is requested rarely happens either. 20 days waiting for the tree and no help from c2u. Another item I ordered came but was the wrong item and was faulty. I'm still waiting on the requested return label. I have been told 2 other items will not be delivered before Christmas which I said I was fine with, but now seems to be forgotten and they are asking me why there is an overpayment lol. I was entitled to a small commission which now they say is not there. They only good thing I can say is the three items that did come that worked are of very good quality and are lovely. I understand things can go wrong for companies at times and that's fine by me. I'd be willing to work around the problem. But its impossible when their costumer service is so so bad.

"Avoid, avoid, avoid. !!!!!!!!!!"

I ordered from Christmas 2u in January last year. My order was to be delivered early November. Part of my order was delivered in November and since then I have had NO communication from Christmas 2u. I have tried to contact this company both by phone and email to no avail. When I rang to enquire as to where my order was I was put on hold for fifteen minutes then redirected to an answer service with a message stating ; "how important my custom was to them". I left a message, no response. I rang a second time and had the same outcome, left a message asking Christmas 2u to return my call, no response. I then emailed the company expressing my total disatisfaction at the total disregard Christmas 2u are showing to customers, no response. This absolutely beggars belief. I have paid for items, I have not received these items and this company deem it pertinent to ignore customers when queried ?????Several of my friends who were loyal customers of Christmas 2u previous to this fiasco have vowed never to return. I, likewise am one such customer. Customer service is totally lacking, customer satisfaction is non descript and perhaps the most damming factor in all of this is that customers have not received orders which were paid for well in advance. A simple return call or email to me might have resolved the issue but at this stage I am just not interested. I will not be contacting Christmas 2u again, instead I will be contacting Consumer affairs to start a process of investigation into this appalling company and their questionable practices.
