Goods delivered as previously advised and correctly packed. I would use Pharmazon again as and when needed.

So payed the extra for 2 to 3 day postage. Came 4th day. Emailed and phoned to complain. But no response

Ordered 7 bottles of medicine. Only 6 arrived. Not worth making official complaint due to relatively small cost involved. Nevertheless it was extremely annoying!

Ordered Avomine and Imodium. 13/11/24. Received confirmation of order and payment taken within a few minutes. Then received one email saying one part order dispatched with picture of Imodium. Then received a second email with picture of Avomine. Both emails had the order number of the order, they also had a tracking number this too was the same for both items. I have received the Avomine one box in a padded envelope. I am still waiting for the Imodium. I have sent an email to the company on 22/11/24 advising that I had not received the Imodium. No reply yet, I tried the tracking number but as one was delivered and they had the same number it keeps saying delivered. I think both lots of tablets should have been in the one package. I’m fed up of being ripped off. When you go into Pharmazon Direct it changes to Rubiqsolutions.com. A scam i think I will be researching this company and put it out there.
