Dreadful experience with this company.
Received dispatch notification day following order, but tracking remained "Royal Mail are expecting your package."
Three weeks of email ping pong which went round in a circle and ended up with CS's initial reply. Promised full refund within a few days but seven days later I had to chase up again.
Received confirmation of refund but they deducted delivery costs.
Contacted CS again to be told it will come through in a separate transaction (mmm...)
Received in full now but will never order from Pharmazon again!
