Made my order and paid for quick delivery within 3 working days. Order was not dispatched until 5 working days after it was placed. I asked for a refund of delivery costs which went ignored. Reply from my initial email querying the delivery delay did not provide an answer to my question about why my order was delayed. This has now happened twice with this company. Avoid if you want a reliable service with delivery when expected.
