"Wrong items sent"

This is not what I ordered
20 Feb ordered Cetaphil Daily Defence Moisturiser SPF50 SENSITIVE SKIN
1 Mar received Cetaphil Daily Defence CREAM SPF50 MINERAL
I decided to keep the product sent but it is more sun cream (greasy) than moisturiser!

Very slow customer service. Had a failed payment message at checkout so wasn’t sure if order went through. No acknowledgment received. Called and was told someone would call me back in 1 hour. They didn’t. No response to emails. Almost a week later got a call to say order was processing

Items not dispatched after a week. contacted them. Items eventually received. Items arrived
after another 5 days. Many excuses, not in stock, short of staff. I did receive an apology and communication was good in the end

Ordered 4 of the same items, paid for delivery. When the items came they were incorrect had to contact the company and tell them they had sent the incorrect items. Replacement items hopefully sent out but not on next day delivery, still waiting for my delivery.

This was my second time shopping with Pharmazon Direct. I've deducted two stars because (1) they take a long time to despatch orders and (2) the customer service / ability to speak to someone to find out what's going on is next to non-existent. Three stars seems right for the products and pricing.
