'Brilliant' Purchased a coffee table, really solid and well made. The paintwork is a very high standard and incredibly tough - 2 springer spaniels have not caused any damage !. I love that you can mix and match the colours, wood finish and fixings so it blends in really well with antique furniture. A wonderful company to deal with, very nice people.

We chose this company because the furniture is British made, the website was very informative and they can tailor make sizes. It was the nearest we could get to fitted furniture without looking modular. They were extremely patient and helpful with us with helping us get the right sizes to be able to get up to our loft conversion, sending samples and giving advice. They are expensive BUT we are very pleased with our finished product and the delivery men were excellent in care and ability, building our wardrobes and bespoke furniture. customer service is always at the end of the phone/web chat. Despite covid they kept to strict timings. we would recommend this company, but I do feel you should visit their showrooms to get a much better idea of colours ,styles and the product. Pay the extra for soft close drawer s on wardrobes and chests, which we wouldnt have realised if we hadnt visited the store.

"Nice Furniture - Shame about the Staff"

I would give 4 stars for the furniture and 0 stars for the customer service hence 2 stars overall. Attention to detail was problematic from the outset and if I had ordered directly from the quotation put together, I would have received the wrong tables, not the ones I pointed to in the showroom.
The lady I dealt with overlooked that I was her customer despite my £1,000 order and was argumentative before me placing my order and curt and downright rude subsequently.
We are very pleased with the furniture and it looks great in our snug. However, I have to admit, if I hadn't been looking for over a year for something specific, I would never have placed an order based on my experience with staff and was hesitant about what I was going to receive.
If you do consider buying from them my suggestion would be check details very carefully as you pay up front, do not raise any queries regarding the product, don't use common sense and don't bother speaking with the manager, Adam, if you have cause for complaint as he couldn't care less either. I would not recommend them to anyone based purely on the staff / customer relationship.
