The service and delivery was impeccable. Really great experience and the product looks fabulous. The only slight downside was it appeared some of the items were ex display as there was a little paint damage to a few of the frames and the feet were scuffed. The main disappointment was the product was advertised as having adjustable feet...but unfortunately, they are fixed. This has caused a few challenges on the patio location (it was a key buying consideration). That said, we love the style and design, it's all high quality and we got a reasonable deal.

Edited to add - beware of poor after service. The glass top on our dining table shattered randomly during normal use. Not what you would expect! My last glass table top lasted 11 years!

Contacted featureDECO and they said no warranty support for the glass top (it's one month old) and no spare parts. No spare parts?! Absolutely mental - buyer beware...all of the other main suppliers provide full spare parts and aftersales support. This is disappointing - stick to the mainstream manufacturers...
