We are very happy with the service we receive when your team come out to do the fumigation. my only concern is that it takes a few emails to get a response from the service department when trying to set up a date for the fumigation.

Also we get billed 3 months in advance for a service we have not had, then get emails saying we are overdue. I would like clarification on why this happens.
