You normally come late for services when the guests are already eating.This is not right as we fear contamination of our guests food with chemicals.We spoke to one of your staff recently about our concern and proposed 9 am in the morning on the day of the service and that you must also let us know the day of your intending to come so that we may prepare for you and you promised us the prompt response but it has been 3 days now and no response from your side

Your accounts department have no idea what they are doing.
I have been battling with the accounts department for almost 2 years now. Funds have not been allocated correctly ... because of lack of efficiency I now received a final letter of demand, I keep on forwarding proof of payment , emails, remittance advise, calling, recons etc.

Its been two weeks after I sent off yet another trail of emails & all proof of payments, I am still waiting on a response from the accounts department .I was told that she could not see to my account as she was to busy. This is very ,very bad service. I am currently looking for another provider .
