Our product is faulty, Sealey said we have to deal with you as the seller, but no one pick the phone up and no one replies to the messages.

Item eventually received following significant delay to shipping and extremely slow responses. Advised this was a technical glitch and was resolved.

I ordered a press tool as it stated next day delivery as it was in stock and paid instantly

After 2 days I called to see where the delivery was and was told you were waiting for it to come from another supplier but that would be another day or two and then it would be sent to me

After another 2 days I called again (as the item was still showing online as in stock and available for next day) only to be told that you were still waiting for it to get to you

I cancelled the order yesterday, ordered elsewhere and have just taken delivery

Please remove me from you daily emails as I will never attempt to buy from you again as your site clearly in inaccurate and I had to hire a press tool for 4 days to cover work that needed to be completed
