Easy monthly billing - but keep an eye on it to make sure you don't get left on an old plan that costs more than the newer ones. The server control UI is a bit basic, and you have to reserve your CPU/Ram/Disk in chunks before you use it, so if you shutdown a server, you don't actually save any money unless you reduce your reserve. While service is pretty basic, it's also comparatively cheap and has been pretty reliable so far. I can't fully prove, but I think my VMs get regular scans from other customers VMs, which I assume are running malware - keep your systems firewalled and patched!
