Good service for a good price. Very smooth to get started, no problems at all so far. Thumbs up!

"45 Minute Downtime with no explanation given after 3 weeks"

The initial set up was fast smooth and very well done with the server being set up almost instantly.

Had a few issues with the server to start with and support responded fast, but having a non-managed server this support soon dwindled. Which is understandable.

But I soon noticed that the server response times where very poor with Google Page Speed recommending that these be looked into, also pingdom tools constantly showed slow response times.

Contacting support about this I was told it was down to certain scripts, but only a few days earlier the server response time was great?

Any way the last straw for me was on the 13th September when all my websites, actually all websites on this companies server including their main website all went offline for a max of 45 minutes.

When everything came back online I went over to their services page where it shows reported incidents, like this downtime and nothing showed and nothing still shows for the date time frame.

When it came to having my monthly invoice I was beyond shocked to see that they were going to charge me the full amount, even though they were clearly in breach of their uptime promises, I cantacted support about this and was told along the lines of that I'd get a refund at a later date for the downtime of my websites.

I have asked also for an update on why the servers went offline but to this date nothing has been posted on their website and no info sent out to their clients, this to me is hiding a service changing issue from any future clients.

I have since moved to a new company, where my once 6-8 second loading website is now loading in just under 2 seconds, strange that the same website with no changes loads perfectly fast??

I wouldn't recommend this company on the basis that they seem to hide server issues from customers!!

It took literally a couple of minutes from the moment I clicked pay button until I could login (ssh) to my freshly installed VPS. Technical support is also fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
