Received a light that wouldn't turn on. Reached out to customer service and they had me shoot a video to check for any wiring issues. Turned out the wiring was fine; they promptly sent me a brand-new light. Kudos to customer service—really very good customer experience. Highly recommend.

Regrettably, the light I received was smaller than I'd anticipated. While they were beautifully crafted, they just couldn't replace my current wall lights. I was all set to return them, but their customer service recommended another similar light instead. Currently in the process of making an exchange, and fingers crossed, this turns out to be a better fit.

Successfully received my table lamps—excellent service all around. This is how customer service should be, especially when compared to some other experiences I've had.

Picked up 6 wicker pendant lights for the dining area. When they showed up, can't fault the packaging or the quality. But listen to this—they didn't come with any bulbs! Went back to double-check their webpage, and sure enough, it says right there, 'bulbs not included.' So, heads up if you're looking to buy lighting here—make sure you read the details to see if bulbs are part of the deal or not.

"Ordered a luxe crystal chandelier"

Ordered a luxe crystal chandelier, and it came perfectly packed. Had 2 broken crystals though, but here's the thing—didn't even matter. They had extra crystals in there, ended up with 5 spares after installation. This company knows how to hedge their bets, for real.

Although the final product is beautiful, assembling dozens of crystals was a nightmare. The chandelier came with a single page of assembly instructions, and my electrician had a bit of trouble installing it as he had to trim the wires.

In addition, the included bulbs are too bright. And they are not dimmable.

I'd definitely think twice before buying from this company again, which is a shame because the chandelier is really pretty. It's just more trouble than it's worth.

I ordered a beautiful modern, one-of-a-kind chandelier from Censlighting. The quality of the chandelier was exactly what I expected and installation was very easy.
I placed the order in June and the lead time was 21 business days, I received the chandelier on July 28. Tracking the shipment was easy because they offered on-time information, however, the merchandise got stuck in customs longer than expected exceeding the lead-time. Once I reached out to customer service to show my disappointment, I received a great follow-up on my order, which arrived a few days later. They gave me a $20 refund for delaying the delivery. I will buy more products from Censlighting!

"Well"

Well, I've got a bone to pick with the dimensions. I snagged a Wabisabi-style pendant light off their site, thinking I was scoring a 40in piece, and what shows up? A 40cm fixture! Got my wires crossed with the units, but I've got to level with you, an American lighting site really ought to be using inches as standard. They did replace it with a larger one, but it threw a wrench in my project timeline. They said they're planning to update the dimensions to inches, and I'm all for that.
