I've got to say, their ceiling light really hits the spot. Slick as oil on the pictures and even better in person. Installing it was no sweat, and the thing weighs next to nothing. Plus, you can dial in the brightness and warmth, right on the money. Just a heads-up, the red wire's your hot ticket and blue's neutral. Solid purchase, all in all.

Received the goods in a well-protected cardboard package and I'm really pleased with the product. My only gripe is with the Censlighting light fixture instructions provided in the box - the print was so small, I could hardly make heads or tails of it. After reaching out to customer service, though, they sent me a digital copy, which was much appreciated.

Bought a crystal chandelier for my dining room, but once it got here, I saw it was too small for the space. So, I thought I’d reach out to their customer service about returning it.

Here's the kicker - they offer to have their designers help plan my lighting space, for free, if I just send them a picture of my dining room. Sounded like a good deal to me, so I said sure.

They got back to me quickly with a suggestion for a different chandelier and even showed me a picture of how it would look. Looked pretty darn good to me, so I sent back the first one and waited for the new light.

Took about three weeks for the new light to get here, and I gotta tell you, it was worth the wait. Had some friends over the other day and they were all about how great the chandelier looked. All in all, I'd say I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. These guys really know their stuff.

"Oh, you wouldn't believe this -"

I decided to spruce up my outdoor space and ordered four outdoor wall bar lights from this site on May 25th. I was all set for a late June garden makeover. But life had other plans and due to an unexpected turn of events, I had to get everything done by June 8th.

In a bit of a panic, I contacted them the very next day, ready to cancel my order since I needed the lights by June 6th. But here's where they surprised me - they said they could fast track the delivery, for an additional $60. They promised the lights would be here by June 6th.

And would you believe it, the lights arrived two days early. I've now got my garden all fixed up and looking lovely. They were hoping for a good review, and I have to say, they certainly earned it. Top marks for going the extra mile!

Went on this site and ordered six lights. Four of them were Wabisabi style, two were kitchen pendants.

The Wabisabi lights? Spot on. Showed up within two weeks and looked perfect. Needed an extension cord 'cause of my high ceilings - they totally nailed it, gave me an extra 40 feet.

Now, the kitchen pendants...not so much. They arrived scratched, probably because they were packed together. So I call up customer service - they couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately offered to send replacements free of charge and promised they'd take care of the packaging and shipping this time around.

Fast forward to today - the new lights just arrived. I gotta say, these guys really stepped it up. There was a bit of a hiccup at the start, but they totally made it right. Hats off to their customer service. Well done, folks.
