I bought the HiWay-5S. It really boost the signal. We are far from the weak signal we had before. Great product! I highly recommend it.

I purchased a 15 k hi boost from a 3rd party , thought we had a problem with the unit. Talked with Dominic, said they do not approve warranty from them . Discussed what we could do. He went to his supervisor and asked what they could do. He returned with an offer to buy another unit at an discounted price. They have great customer service. Highly recommend them!

"Great signal imprevement! It’s a miracle!!"

It’s a miracle, I finally have great signal! I spent about three hours outside figuring out the best placement for the antenna and after I test installed it at my final test location I was shocked. I went from my usual zero bars on Verizon to 1-2 stable 5G UWB bars and FULL bars on T-Mobile! This was the perfect solution to my issue, even though it was pricey. I’ve tried other boosters that do indeed boost but you have to be three to five feet from the booster station where this one boosts signal through my entire home. It was easy to install and the remote monitoring app has videos to walk you through the ideal placement and usability of the outdoor cellular receiver antenna and the interior signal booster. Take a look at my screenshots to see the Signal, strength and speed, of which I had absolutely zero before installation.

Tech Support even called me after-hours to ensure that my installation was successful. Talk about feeling like a valued customer!

"It works!!!"

I started by installing the outdoor antenna on the south side of my house (was the most convenient place, I could use the garage attic for most of the wiring), the main control panel was on my second floor with the secondary antenna installed on my first floor. The outside antenna was around 10ft higher than my roof peak. We determined the closest tower was 30deg north/northeast. After the alignment I went down and checked cell phone bars, literally no improvement from my 1 bar. I realized the outside antenna was aligned properly “but” my neighbors large oak tree was dead center in my line of site to the tower. I tweaked and adjusted but still no improvement. Sooo I decided to bite the bullet and completely relocate the entire unit to the north side of my home. This meant lots of holes being drilled and building a new mount for the outdoor antenna to attach to my chimney. After roughly 2 hours of work I had everything up, wires ran and was ready to give it a go. I faced the outdoor antenna to the same 30deg (this time with no tree in the way) went downstairs to plug in the base unit and was mentally prepared for disappointment. The unit powered up, I grabbed my phone off the table to see full service on my phone!!! I went from dropped calls, unable to send a text (especially if there was a pic attached) , to a full 4 bars of 5G 😁
So if your doing an install and there’s a big tree in the line of site…move the antenna or chop down the tree lol!

"It works great"

Install took me a couple hours by myself.I live in a metal house and could not send or receive messages or calls. I can now send and receive calls and messages anywhere in the home.

Our daughter recently purchased a cell phone booster for her house and it helped them amazingly well. They have a larger area to cover so we didn't need one with quite so many sq. feet so we purchased a different one, but still wanted something to help us get a better signal as we live in a very rural area where cell phone reception is very scarce. Many times we would have to find a certain spot in our house or even go outside to get the correct amount of bars to send a text. Installation was fairly simple, you just need to follow the directions step by step. The hardest part for us was probably getting the cable through the wall, but we made it work. You will also need to find something to mount the outdoor antenna to make sure it is quite tall. The service we have now with this booster is wonderful. I highly recommend this product.

"Better to Avoid These Guys"

I bought their 4K system direct from HiBoost. Their equipment seems well made. The booster itself has a heavy metal case. The cables are low ohm cables which is also good. Customer Service is a no show. I tried asking a question using their online chat function …they will get back to me but never did. I tried using their contact form and got nothing. I used their contact email address twice now to ask a simple question related to interference. Got nothing. Some folks say they had good support … cannot understand that … they won’t talk to me. Does it work? Well, kind of. It has no trouble catching Version Band 13 however that is an older band and Verizon primarily uses Band 66 in my area. I get a tiny improvement on that. Being only 3 miles from the tower this is disappointing. There are trees in the way but seems a bit poor for capturing signal even with antenna way up on the roof like they say. Is the improvement worth $300 plus? Most people would say nope. Worried that without any support what will happen after 30 days. I have it installed and wires run … contemplating pulling it out and sending back since still in the 30 days window for returns.

"I ordered 3 of the Hi boost Dot , NO CUSTOMER service"

I ordered 3 of the Hi boost Dot , they work ok- we are in rural MT and means the difference between NO signal and enough to work with. The directions are not easy to work with the Wilson cell boosters are MUCH easier to install. However I needed to return one booster and there is NO CUSTOMER service. The number given says leave a message, no one replies. The chat box - no one replies AND I emailed customer service NO reply. So if you have ANY problems with your Hi Boost, don't expect to be able to contact anybody for help.

"Great product boosting Internet speed and Voice Service"

Unit came in a very nice package and instructions were easy to understand. I am now able to get 5 bars in my house! Before using the unit, I was only getting 1 bar on my phone and talking with family members or anyone was unbearable, as I'm getting cut off or having a hard time caring a conversation. At times, I would run from one room to the next trying to get a better signal.

My original unit has issues after a week, and I was contacted by tech support after using the app to get assistance. The tech told me to send my unit in and I quickly received my replacement unit. Data wise, I went from .02-.08Mps to now 4-5Mps. I am very happy with their product and would encourage anyone who has very little to no bars to purchase one.

They also have wonderful tech support in Facebook--which is a wonderful tool since any problem can be supported from their techs and users.
