Excellent customer service. I had made a small error on my order and I contacted them and the immediately corrected it for me before dispatching my items. They were very helpful and understanding.
The 2 lemon trees that I ordered both arrived very quickly and were boxed and packaged really well. The trees themselves were really lovely, especially the Meyer which was really beautiful (in bloom, with at least 1 ripen lemon). I also found their info/care leaflet and online YouTube video extremely helpful. So far I'm really impressed with Plants4presents and would certainly purchase from them again.

Plants4Presents are simply fabulous. I sent a gift of a lemon tree to my Uncle for his 90th birthday.
It arrived on time on 22nd March, and he was thrilled with it.

Then this week, my Aunt discovered what she thought were thrips on it.

I wrote to Customer Service, and had a response in under 2 hours, apologising and asking for photos.

I sent them, and was told that they weren't thrips, but were aphids, that could only have been on the tree for a few days - it would be covered and much more damaged if the tree had been sent with them already present.

The VERY helpful person responding, proceeded to write a full page of advice on how to handle aphids, gave the recipe to make a homemade spray, explained in detail how to do that, recommended sprayers, provided a link to a David Attenborough video on aphids, etc, etc..

All that for a problem that had not originated with them at all! They could have simply replied that they were aphids, didn't come from them, you can google for some home remedies...

I have rarely if every come across such wonderful customer service on any site.

Unfortunately I live in France & can't reorder from them for myself - if I were in the UK, I would be looking first to them for any plants I wanted to buy.
