Bought a lemon tree for a present last year. It went down so well, I went back for the lime tree this year. Arrived in excellent condition, lots of buds. Looking forward to mojitos later in the year!

"Yuzu Delivery"

They delivered my plant to my door, it arrived intact, the box wasn’t dented and everything was packed neatly. There were a few dropped leaves but thats natural when moving a plant, the Yuzu Tree is now enjoying the sparse Scottish sunshine.

Ordered an olive plants for a friend's birthday. Arrived promptly the next day and friend was delighted with it.

The lady on the phone was wonderfully helpful in finding me the right tree to send as a present. She also called me a couple of days prior to the delivery to tell me which tree was the best at the time
The recipient was thrilled and said the pot the tree was in was beautiful.

The ordering on line was easy but after ordering I realised I had made an error so rang to correct it and it was no bother to the person I spoke to and they said they would alter it and it was easily fixed. My friend who received the plant was thrilled with it and also thought it was packed brilliantly. So thank you I would definitely recommend you.

"Late delivery, but carrier at fault"

I have given five stars because the blueberry bush and pot I ordered for my friend was beautiful and healthy and my friend was delighted. However, I had ordered for delivery on my friend’s birthday, and unfortunately the carrier (DPD) messaged on the day to say there was a delay, and the gift arrived a day late. I don’t think this was the fault of Plants4Presents, but want flag up to potential customers that this happens.
