"I am on my 3rd purchase of the flat…"

I am on my 3rd purchase of the flat weft hair now. Each time I buy 2 packs. The first time I had this hair I was really happy, much better than beautywork. The past 2 sets of hair have been awful. I contacted customer service and sent the hair to them where they tested it. Said it was normal to fade (within 6 weeks? And using their whole hair care system) also told me the hair was dehydrated and they recommended the hair mask (which is used every time).
This set has been the worst. Less than 3 months in and it's shedding dramatically and the colour is now just a flat blonde. I know they won't refund me despite using the hair care system, therefore I will be switching brands.
