I was invited to attend the SWAY x house of keune look and learn event and it was amazing. Gemma, Dawn and Anton were great they gave everyone lots of tips, answered lots of questions. The SWAY team were amazing! The goodie bag was a lovely surprise too 😍💕

"poor quality "

i have had hair extensions for years and i mean years and never ever had a problem with the hair lasting around 18months but the brand i used stopped doing tapes so i thought after reading reviews i would try sway. i ordered a few different colours and one of the shades was extremely dry and started to have white bulbs at the bottom of the hair, i sent the hair back and i was told that it was the products i had been using baring in mind the other shades didn’t have this problem and i had used the same products that ive used on my previous extensions and never had any problems. they sent the hair back with their branded products to try which of course made no difference now after having the hair less than three months all the hair has white bulbs at the end and is very dry. i paid £560 for 4 packets of tapes which i dont think i will get much longer out of, this could have been resolved but was just lots of back and fourth on emails. i won’t EVER purchase anything from this brand again as i definitely didn’t get what i paid for

I attended the Look and Learn event in London, it was so good!
Luckily we got to see two hair systems I don’t use enough! Can’t wait to start recommending to my clients now!
We had cocktails on arrival which was a treat.
With expert advice on application, placement and getting good after pics for your content.
I can’t wait for the next one!!
