Ordered hair for a client, was the wrong colour, then when I wanted a refund, I was told I can only have store credit. Even though my client used her card to pay.
The hair was un compromised and in original condition!
I’m now stuck with credit I won’t use, and lost money and customer.
I’ll never use sway again!

The hair care items are a must have, they are so good to use and your hair keeps its colour and is beautiful, soft and shiny.

I purchased a clip in weft and have noticed it to be very dry on the ends. I had only washes in warm water. I contacted the team and Sophie Williams and Claire Gregory were so helpful!
I was given lots of advice and sent products to help me resolve the issue with the clip ins........fingers crossed it works!
Thank you girls, for all of your help and actually hearing my voice and not treating me like a number.
