To be honest after spending so much money to get my dream hair, am so gutted and disappointed in the quality of the hair , I’ve only had it I’m not even 2 weeks and I’ve been so careful looking after it but no matter what I do it feel awful and looks horrendous I use the hydrate 10 n 1 hair hero and other
Oils and still it feels like synthetic hair and looks it , after you brush it , it gets tatty straight away it’s thinning like mad , honestly am absolutely gutted. I’ve been wanting this transformation for so long after such a horrible couple years and saved up for it , I can’t believe it looks so bad.
I hope you will be in contact to sort this because I will be going to my hair extensions specialist to take it out as am not walking around looking like this

I’ve been a loyal customer and absolutely love the hair I’ve purchased from you before. I’ve ordered twice, and the first batch was fantastic. However, I am deeply disappointed with my second order, which was delivered and fitted on January 11, 2025.

The quality of this batch is horrendous. The hair has thinned out significantly, much more than expected, and it feels almost like a tester pack rather than a product meant to be sold to paying customers. I’ve only had it for less than 12 weeks, and it’s already not holding up well at all.

I sincerely hope you can look into this issue, the experience with this latest order has been a letdown.

Sway asked me to complete a form and provide evidence of the issue, they also asked me to remove the review. Below was my response:
Thank you for taking the time to call me today. I have completed the form as requested, I will only remove the review once I am satisfied with the conclusion of the investigation.

Form completed on 18.02 and told to remove my hair and send for investigation. I provided an in depth report with pictures, their T&Cs state to report back within 12 weeks if there are issues with the hair. Full aftercare plan followed with the full after care kit purchased including the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, heat protector, brush. I am not happy to remove the hair for investigation because who is funding this? If they were supplying hair that does not fray, thin out and look like a literal rats tail then they wouldn’t need to be begging customers to remove hair for investigation. Review was previously a 2 star, now removed a star due to the customer service team asking for the review to be removed.
After speaking with other trade customers and reading reviews on here it is a common issue for customers to be paying a large amount of money and the hair practically disintegrating after less than 12 weeks.
I know there is a team reading this, just like there is a team who read my response email and has failed to respond to my statement.
Look forward to hearing back from you with a reasonable and professional conclusion.
