AWFUL !!

I’ve had sway tapes 5 times in my hair and loved them everytime, they’ve always blended lovely and the quality of the hair had always been amazing there for my repeat custom.

Upon re-ordering my usual shade and length that I’ve always had, they were so blunt when arrived… Like they’d already been cut to length not like any previous hair I’ve had, and to mention the tone is also more yellowy than usual.

Still… I proceeded to have them applied as they’ve always blended really well in my hair and I’ve ordered the exact same 5 times before so surely there going to look the same! Being a hairdresser myself I know they usually need a little bit of blending with scissors at the end to achieve my desired look which they always left an inch in order to do so.. Apparently this is not the case anymore and they come already blunt cut which is the problem!

They look AWFUL…!!!!
Unblendable chunky strips of hair that do not look how they always have done previously once applied!! Had to have 2 inches cut off them to try and blend all the chunky lines at the bottom together. Therefore I’m left with shorter extensions that I wanted and still lines throughout that I can’t blend without taking it shorter again.

If I had wanted shorter extensions I would have paid for a shorter length which is cheaper.

Have had a live chat with sway sending picture evidence of the awful tapes and they were not helpful at all.

Will not be ordering again for myself or my clients anymore!!!
