Ordering was easy enough and hassle free. The next day I received a call from Sway to say that the tapes and wefts i had ordered were slightly different shades and they would send me a photo on Whatsapp so I can decide if I still want them. The colour difference was too noticable for me and I requested a refund which was granted. I appreciated them doing this rather then just sending and hope I wouldn't notice, and then have the hassle of sending back. Teri was the customer service who I dealt with, she was very polite on the phone and the whole interaction was quick and dealt with easily. Fantastic service from Sway, and thank you Teri!

Very little hair for the snout they cost. The hair seems good quality, but the 2/3 bags recommended would not be enough for a full head

Not only does my newly fitted hair look and feel fabulous, I have also managed to maintain the lovely condition by using their hydrating products too.

The shampoo is my firm fave as it cleanses, smells divine and give a lovely foamy feel.
