I ordered hair from Sway and realised I have ordered the wrong colour, I communicated with the team and they helped me with re ordering I’m correctly and returning the others. Communication was amazing and the process was easy (which is good cos I was stressed!)
With my second order I got the hydration system and they sent me a Hair Hero which I think might be the best hair product I have ever used!! Highly recommend, special shout out the Sophie who helped me ☺️

I bought £430 worth of 22 inch tape extensions after always using Beauty Works and within two months of having them installed, they have already shed so much and broken off to the point where I have had to cut multiple inches of hair off the length. My Beauty Works extensions always used to last a year and still be in perfect condition so I think the fact that Sway charges almost as much whilst delivering appalling quality levels is disgusting. I most certainly will never be buying from Sway again and will be discouraging all of my friends with extensions from using them.
