"First time ordering from SWAY hair…"

First time ordering from SWAY hair extensions. I can not review the hair quality yet as i have only just received it. However extremely impressed with the customer service so far! I made an error on length when ordering in a rush and paid next day delivery as it was urgent. When I realised, I quickly sent an email in the evening with very little hope with such short notice, that someone would get back to me in time, to possibly amend my error. First thing in the morning before 9am I had a call and voice mail. I spoke with a lady called Ellie, who was extremely kind and helpful, she sorted everything out for me and really turned my day around with great news that it was all sorted.
So on customer service five star ⭐️ !!
