"The hair is painfully thin"

The hair is painfully thin. I’ve wasted so much money on it and getting it fitted. I now have to pay to have new hair and another new fitting. Devestated.

Edited from last review , after very diligent customer service satisfaction from Gemma,I have reviewed my last comments and edited them as I do believe I was a bit harsh, so as we will probably continue to agree to disagree, more about the price is high for what you get,but as the quality of the hair is exceptional I'm sure people would over look the high price tag.
The hair does have a purpose and explained by Gemma I do understand that not many other brands would disappear into the nature hair quite as well as sway, but ..I still stand by my original gripe,that the hair is still very thin for the price tag, but as Gemma pointed out,it sells..so why would they change it.
So all in all ,I wasn't happy with the price, but if you are looking for quality hair and second to none customer service then sway is probably the way to go

"Wrong colour again"

Wrong colour again, only colour that actually comes how it says on the website is black, can’t be dyed or bleached they just fall to bits, waste of money better buying elsewhere where you will receive the colour you ordered.

I received a phone call from the lovely Sophie-Leigh about my order. They were sending me out the 20 inch instead of 18 with no extra charge!
The extensions came the next day beautifully boxed and wrapped absolutely gorgeous colour and the best hair I have used !
Thankyou so much i have purchased once before from sway and will continue to do so as the hair is just fabulous 👌
