They have completely failed in getting my medical records for my shotgun renewal , they do not answer the phone or respond to emails, be warned

The application was easy & straight forward to fill in & the price was very competitive . Application was made 18/03/2025 & report arrived 14/04/2025. Excellent service. The 2nd time i have used Medcert & would definitely recommend any body requiring a medical.

My Doctors practice won't sign my shotgun certificate renewal form as they don't condone firearms so I used Medcert as the alternative was to give up my license which I refuse to do on principal.
Medcert have been excellent for me.
