For what you pay, the apartments are very good value.
Free parking. Co-op next corner. Bus stop just outside.

"Room 1 Blencathra House"

Stayed at room 1 blencathra house in whitby for the tomorrow's ghosts festival. It was clean, perfect location for the pavilion, and you had a view of the abbey from the window. We didn't spend much time in the room itself just a place to rest but it was exactly what was needed.

just been to Whitby on the hill fantastic place xx all facilities working and good quality x location spot on for Goth weekend close but not to close xx service from Primshortstays was fantastic x had a few problems before getting there but Prim staff dealt with all of them efficiently and quickly x by the way all problems caused by booking. com app xx

Loved staying here, lovely area not too far from town centre but far enough away to not hear all the noise. Lovely view of Whitby Abbey from our room which made it more special! Dogs welcome which was good for us.
Showers a little small but didn’t bother us 😊 we would return again, had everything we wanted and needed🥰

First time staying with this company. Communication is excellent. Check in is so easy. The property was exceptionally clean, I was very impressed and I’m very fussy. Our home was in an ideal place and we enjoyed Colwick park and spent 2 days exploring it. What a fabulous location. The property also had lots of games for the kids, this was wonderful as I had forgotten to pack any. Excellent and enjoyable stay with Prim Short Stays a click or a phone call away if needed. Thank you we will defo be using your company again in the future.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for somewhere with easy access to public transport but also close to eating places and entertainment. We booked with prim short stays through booking.com in Blencartha guest house in whitby, yorkshire. we had a fantastic short break which didn’t break the bank and staff/ locals were more than welcoming and friendly, including a phone call during our stay just to ask if we were satisfied with our accommodation and if we needed anything. will definitely be booking again!
