This is my 2nd order. The people at Scotland Shop are exceptional. They caught an error on my order and reached out via email before filling the order. The interactions are always polite and professional. They know their products and are able to help with any questions.

"Scraps bag is not good value for crafters I won't be buying that again."

I thought the tartan scraps bag was not value for money. It looked liked they just grabbed some bits straight from the factory floor bin and didn't bother to sort out what was of use to crafters and what was just trash. There where edge scraps so tatty and thin there was nothing you could use them for. Good way to get rid of their waste, not good for the person who paid for them. A little time and care to sort through the bin and remove anything less then 10cm wide would be treating the customer fairly.
