Il est très agréable d'avoir quelqu'un qui puisse donner très facilement des conseils par téléphone. De plus la conseillère était vraiment très sympathique.

ordered a flat cap on 18.03.24 for an event 11 weeks from then, dispatch was supposed to be on 30.05.24 but i was only informed of delays a day before dispatch was supposed to be. I’ve been told i’ll be updated on my order but haven’t heard a thing since i chased it up. I’m now days from needing this and as far as i’m concerned i won’t have it which will lead to embarrassment as it’s part of the outfits all of us attending will be wearing. Apparently paying £100 for a hat and giving 11 weeks to receive it still isn’t enough, frustrating.

The hat I ordered was as good ,if not better then the picture. I had the McKinnon tartan added to it and it looks great. The girls in customer service were very nice and super helpful. The price is good and worth every penny. I have ordered from the Scotlandshop before and I will continue to do so if I need or want any other item to add to my Kilt outfit. 10 out of 10 for me as a customer. Sincerely. Darlene Steane.
