The service of Scotland Shop was professional, helpful and timely. The website images of the tartan I was after were accurate. I bought 3 scarves and everything about them was fine, except for the thickness of the material. I was expecting a warmer, thicker wool scarf ideal for cooler months of the year (which was what I wanted). Instead, I received lightweight scarves. Considering the cost of the products, I was a bit disappointed.
