Totally scammer. I ordered 2 pairs of socks and chose Next day delivery option as a gift for my family in other country. I placed order before 2pm Friday but delivered in next Wednesday and I had to send to my family by post as it was after Christmas. After that I figured one pair is wrong. I asked for refund of excess amount of shipping but someone replied in unacceptable manner. Definitely avoid this site.

I have used Just Rackets several times. Prices are good, delivery is good.
What prompted me to write a review finally is how they handled my most recent order. There was a slight problem with the order but the way in which they dealt with it was outstanding. Fast, professional, attentive and fully resolved. Confidence inspiring really. I will happily use Just Rackets long term.

I ordered 2 boxes of squash balls which were dispatched the next day but completely due to Royal Mail were never delivered, spoke to sales and with no hesitation they sent out a replacement order , really friendly and so helpful

Just bought a top badminton racket at great price in the shop. Very knowledgable on all racket sports and equipment. I also play squash, & asked about poor reviews on "returns"
Turns out these are generally rackets used and broken by poor play / care, trying to get free replacements!!! Would recommend this shop to anyone

Absolutely awful!!! Incompetent doesn't begin to describe this business. Two weeks after ordering online and they have still failed to deliver the correct order (despite paying for next working day delivery).

They refuse to provide me with a refund and just fail to acknowledge emails or, respond to calls!

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I bought a tennis bag from them a couple of weeks ago. The day after ordering I received a call from them saying the bag I had ordered was out of stock as it had been bought in their shop and hadn't been updated on their system.

To make up for it they sent me a bag worth double the bag I originally ordered, AND sent it on next day delivery for free. Very happy!

"Great Transaction and Service"

I ordered a Head extreme 170 microgel that I had been searching forever on the internet and could not find. I had a few questions before I bought and this required 3 emails. They responded to all three questions very quick. I had never ordered anything from another country other than here in the United States. I was amazed that after I ordered it within 2 days fed ex was calling me telling me the racquet was ready for pickup here in Florida. Picked it up and everything was great......

Bottom line:: Great transaction and service and I am extremely pleased....
