"great shop couldnt find better"

Great shop i bought a black night used it for two months at least until the strings went took it back for restinging and they saw that it had a rattle and gave me a brand new racket there and then

I ordered squash rackets all with different strings & tentions.i received emails asking why I required these strings prepared in that way I explained & agreed upon.
Shipping was agreed to be sent to Israel ,.i then had to go to the states and requested to ship on a later date gary at jr agreed then later I had to fly to London for 3 days & asked if it could be shipped overnight on the 6th dec.to arrive the next day this was done.i must have driven gary crazy with all our emails but nothing seemed too much for him ,THANKS GARY AND JUSTRACKETS I WILL place more orders with them.
For me it was amazing service...

"Do not buy from this untrustworthy company"

I bought a pair of squash shoes from this shop and after waiting days and weeks for delivery I eventually requested a refund. They have not bothered to answer my emails and to date (two months later) will not refund my money.
I feel trading standards and court action is required.

Do not trust these guys and do not attempt to buy anything from them.

Ordered 2 rackets but didn't choose the restring option. Paid for next day delivery. They came 4 days later, without ANY strings, and the wrong grip size. Terrible customer service. Not answering phone or replying to emails. Not got my refund yet despite returning the rackets over 2 weeks ago.

I bought 2 squash rackets for a christmas present for my son. Arrived OK. However on the first hit one racket broke. Sent the racket back to Just Rackets having spoken to them first. Now they will not answer calls, phone is permenantly engaged.

Not what I would expect from good customer service.
