"Great laptop"

I ordered my laptop after reading so many positive reviews. There seemed little point buying new especially with my 3 year warranty choice and my decision was more than justified. It arrived in reasonable time (yes they are very busy - a good sign). Very pleased with it. Looks new, no marks whatsoever, and its refurbished specification will be much higher than the original. I ordered a high specification far more than my needs but the price was much lower than say a new but only adequate computer. Highly delighted.

The website was easy to navigate when ordering. The team responded quickly to my email when I needed clarification over a particular requirement I needed on a port.
The computer arrived promptly and the team are easy to get through to when needed.
The computer works well, looks like new and does everything I need it to do. Would recommend

"Great idea, great laptop!"

The laptop received is fast and fabulous and less than half the price of devices I had been looking at with a similar spec.
The set-up notes were useful, the laptop was very easy to set up and everything works slightly better than expected.
When ordering the choices of components and specs is impressive.
I would actually give 41/2 stars if I could, because it took much longer to arrive than advertised. When I emailed them about it, they explained the situation with large numbers of orders near Christmas and a late delivery of components. Not their fault, but I feel they could have emailed or contacted with this information sooner than they did.
Overall, very happy with the new machine and service.

Being able to choose nearly everything I wanted in a laptop at a greatly reduced price was key to my decision making. Delivery took a little longer than what was quoted, but turned up well packaged and appear to be in excellent condition and with a 3 yr warranty I don’t expect any problems.

Really excellent laptop, high spec and bargain price. Looks like new, runs like a athlete. Still loading my apps (it comes with libre office but I prefer Open office, so I have loaded that). Outsatnding customer service and fast delivery.

Very happy with the laptop I bought. I went for top specification and it looks like a brand new laptop. Performance is excellent at a fraction of the cost of a new one and we are helping to save the planet. Delivery was longer than expected and communications on delivery after placing order could have been better, otherwise I would have given a 5 star

"Easy Selection of Laptop"

When you are looking for a laptop you put in filters of what you want and then are faced with loads of options to choose from - this is like that without the need to choose at the end.

Very easy to select the specification that you want and you know how much it will cost as you go. I wasn't in a rush and appreciate that it takes time to do a customized product.

The only thing that I wasn't able to choose was screen size or a keypad but there is an option to add notes and I was able to make my request and get exactly what I wanted.
