I signed up and they made it a very simple process for me. As soon as I was signed up John Thorpe gave me a call and help guide me through the rest of the application process, and then days later helped walk me through the software. I now feel super confident on how to use it all. He told me I can call him any time I need any help, and I believe it, he seems like a great guy. The software they provide is very nice and pretty intuitive (once John talked me through some of the finer points). All in all, it's got to be a pretty good company with software and customer support being so top notch.

Having been in business or in a leadership role for over 50 years I have witnessed the rise & fall of many organizations based on that axiom. With people like Mark O’Brien Cannon Trading Company will continue to be the leader as a trading brokerage firm for many years to come!
Being a member of Delta Trading Group, we were directed to contact CTC when we were ready to set up our trading account in order to practice our “SIM” trades & then eventually go “live” with real money. From that very first call, which was answered in a very timely manner, I talked with Mark and he has assisted me with all my questions and concerns and facilitated the opening of my account.
What I sensed from him from the beginning was that he really enjoyed his job and told me to call him anytime I might need him. I have not heard that in many years & recognized immediately, that while my account was important and the object of my call, he wanted to help me any way he could to be successful in this new venture!
I am very thankful for this relationship and understand the “why” our founder, Dr. Vance Cast, chose Cannon Trading as “our brokerage company” for all of its members.
