"Don't trust this company!"

This people are not serious or neither lawyers...I contract them to file my SOU AND IT FAILED , after they examination of my pictures on products, then the Lady that was dealing with me from this company send me the refusal of USPTO and asked for diffrent pictures of my products, wich I submitted exactly as she told me to... now they are charging me again to answer or Re submit my SOU with the pictures of my products as they exactly recomended me , so after all this hassle process during over 3 weeks she came to answer that they have to get paid to answer my SOU Re submission but they are not responsible for the outcome of the process...so where is the expertise or experience regarding this matter from them?

Then I asked 2 times by email a good phone number to talk to them and clarify some things , and both time she didn't send me a contact info, or an offi e or NO ONE to talk to.... it looks like is somebody behind a laptop trying to earn money WITHOUT ACTUALLY being a trademark lawyer nor experience regarding this matter....

So I lost my money and worst of all LOT of time going back and forward to end up with zero results and still not have my SOU right.

I am a mechanical engineer and an entrepreneur own 2 business just for you guys to know that I'm not a "ghost" trying to do things unprofessional.

Don't Trust these people.
