Hello. The stand's plastic base arrived with a material crack in it. Large enough that young ones could pinch or cut their fingers. I would like to get the stand replaced but didn't know how to get rid n contact with you. Other than that, the purchase was fine. It arrived on time and supports our tree. Do not order from this company. not sure why they are even open because they are rude, they do not answer any questions, they reprimand the buyer, and there is no definitive time frame for delivery. We spent quite a bit of time to determine what we wanted to have and designed it, and after waiting for they slow reply to the email, that they force you to do, not one question was answered. HORRIBLE!!!!!
