Ive been trying to place the same order for 2 weeks now. My credit card was marked as fraud for no reason whatsoever, Im a legit person, with a legit card, they cancelled my order and gave me that as a reason why. I have contacted customer care twice with zero help from them.

The arrival time was as expected. The product was not the same as advertised. The return process has been terrible. I filed for return the day I received it and no one ever reached out with instructions for return. I have reached out by phone and by email with a response that they would look in to it but still nothing. It's been a month now and I realize I am out almost $60.
