I ordered an action figure a couple of weeks
Ago,i phoned before i ordered and was very specific about the item i required and the condition etc.I ordered on monday and paid
For express delivery. I was told the item would go out on the monday.I received notification on tuesday that DHL
Would deliver on Wednesday. The item was delivered it was damaged and the wrong item!
I contacted customer services and was told i could return for a full refund and offered an apology.Going on this experience i decided to keep the item as i didn't trust the company to receive and refund me as they couldnt even send out the correct item.No one has contacted
Me since even to enquire why i have not returned
The item which speaks for itself in terms of bad customer service.

I ordered a horror halloween costume, a blood drenched one-piece overall. The order arrived from the UK to Chile in just four days and very well packaged.
The quality of the product is better than expected, in fact is an excellent piece and this store is by far the best place I've ever purchased on items like this one.

A great selection to choose from (which is a bit unusual in the uk) so I was very excited and paid the deposit for the clown-go-round. Once it was in stock I received an email with the link to complete the purchase. All very easy to follow. Literally days later I received it. Built it up and it works great. Moves well and sounds great. Stands steady as well. (Needs a few little details fixed like the collar material tightened, and clothes closed up better buy that is my fussiness). Very happy with the whole process and hopefully (wife permitting,) I will buy from here again.

I contacted Mad About Horror to ask if they would let me have a look at a Chucky doll I was interested in buying (I live close to their warehouse). They made an appointment for me to visit their warehouse, I ended up buying a NECA Chucky doll and taking him home with me the same day! All the staff were lovely, but a big shoutout to Sarah who was so nice to deal with throughout! I’ll definitely be back again and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much guys :)

Amazing website! It's definitely one of THE best horror merchandise sites going. They literally sell everything horror related from figures to Halloween decorations and masks to properly replicas. I have only managed to buy from here a couple of times, as so often the products I want require me to save the pennies and by the time I go to buy them, they're sold. Definitely a site to watch and savour in the ghoulish revelries.
