Well I ordered a t-shirt on 6th December my son desperately wants thinking it would be such a wonderful surprise for Christmas! So I ordered in plenty of time to allow for Christmas post…..So excited about this top it was a little more than I’d usually spend on a top but he so wanted it paid for 3 day delivery service still NO TOP AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL! I’m going to ring them again after a few no answer calls but I’ve lost hope of my son getting this top from Santa 😢 and I’m down £50…..of course I’ll update for any potential customers if I do receive my order I’ll still be dissatisfied with the time it’s taken but atleast I’ll be able to say I have it and review quality

"Harassed and falsely accused over a mistake their staff made,"
Today I have been subjected to repeated harassing emails from this company claiming they had sent me TWO sets of the item I ordered. I explained I’d only received one but they insisted there is two in the (very small) box my husband has already wrapped up for Xmas. They then insisted I’d need to post the second set back (if it even exists). I explained I am disabled and can’t manage crowds and busy post offices especially at this time of year so they’d need to send a courier. I then received an even more aggressive and accusatory email from the Manager saying I’d upset her staff member and chastising me like I was a child. In all my years of internet shopping I have never come across such rude and unprofessional staff. I feel physically ill with stress from the bombardment of messages. Despite the interesting stock this store has, I will never shop here again.

Having opened the box I was sent there was only ONE item inside as per what I had paid for. Yet I doubt I will receive an apology from the bullies running this store. I’ve a good mind to publish all of my (polite and NOT rude or aggressive) messages to this store to shame them for lying. The arrogant and dishonest comment from the store manager below reeks of ableism and defensiveness. I would laugh if it wasn’t so distressing to be falsely accused and hounded in this way.
