"Good company, bad courier service"

The company is quick to post, has great choices and good prices. BUT: They use as courier UPS, the most useless courier ever. My parcel went from the Netherlands to Italy, then France, finally to the destination Ireland, where they couldn't find the address (which was correct), changed depots and were very unhelpful when phoned. I had to drive (1 hour) to an agreed depot to collect the parcel myself. UPS is the reason I wouldn't order from knives&tools again - unless they change the courier.
