I purchased the De Buyer Mineral B pan 28 cm and my only regret is having not purchased it sooner. I found the said pan on YouTube as I wanted to upgrade from my non-stick. The taste and flavour is markedly better in comparison to my non-stick pan, in my opinion. For a pan that gets past down through the generations, and gets better with use, the price and shipping is excellent value for money.

I'm also very happy with the customer service.
