Terrible communication. Item arrived defective. Sent email with explanation and pictures. Was told it’s fine... item is a child’s car seat. A relaxed attitude towards the integrity of some products is to be expected. But a child’s car seat… wow

"Didn’t send goods until chased"
Didn’t send goods for 2 weeks and had to call for an update. Was told they would send on next day delivery after collecting a missing baby carrier from their other store (it seems this wouldn’t have happened had I not have chased). Items weren’t sent as promised so I had to chase again and then had to swap colours of my baby carrier because they still hadn’t collected the missing item. Ladies in the office were helpful but I ended up having to order the correct colour from an alternative seller.
