Under the most awful circumstances we received the car for our daughter with such consideration and care from GM Coachwork. From sorting out which car suited our needs to filling in all the paperwork they were there helping us all the way, The delivery was done with PPE in place and a wipe down on all surfaces that had been touched by the driver I felt safe for my chronically ill daughter. we have had phone calls asking if all is ok with the car. Its made such a difference to us getting around. Thank you to all involved

"New WAV"
My new WAV was tied up in the Covid lockdown so was delayed for some time. However, once delivered has been a life changer. I had a issue within an hour of delivery where the ramp failed, this was probably due to the layup of the vehicle and another issue later where the tailgate latch came loose. GM responded to both quickly at my home and James, their mobile technician, deserves a mention for his exceptional service.

Can’t thank all the staff from the beginning of the process -to the very end - to the ladies who answered the phone- kept me in the loop and made me feel more secure in moving forward with my disability into a Ford custom—With a ramp,from electric chair to drive I go,and with room for my family — now for the first time in decades I can plan a holiday — My van process was halted during COVID lockdown so truly I can’t praise the staff or process enough and for speedily getting it to me as fast as possible
