Wish I had checked here before purchasing.

Bought the stick on whiteboard and it’s peeling off the wall immediately, the magnetic function is also extremely poor, with most things sliding straight off. When I contacted the company, they said it was due to ‘low quality magnets’ despite acknowledging they knew their product had less magnetic strength than other whiteboards. There’s no way I can find to put my review on their website so they clearly hand pick reviews from happy customers or fake reviews. What a waste of money and time.

"Post sales support has been atrocious"

Post sales support has been atrocious. They claim to give refunds within 30 days (in my case the board was peeling off my wall from all corners and could not even stick with sticky tape. And I also requested a refund within 30 days too). They rejected the refund request however they offered to send me a new board which is of a more "premium" quality so I accepted but I still haven't received anything from them + they have not responded to my emails about requesting a tracking number after a period of silence... From starting this process on January 3rd till now (mid March), I still have not received the new board as promised and it sounds like a refund is out of the question. Very disappointed. The Post-It sticky white board is a much better purchase and I've had no issues there so advise you to get that instead.

I ordered the wrong product but they won’t return my email re how to get a refund, nor have they responded to me on their online chat function. I also tried calling and left a message but nobody has responded at all. It’s been weeks and despite repeated contact attempts I’ve heard nothing at all from them.

"Peels off paint!"

I bought this adhesive board relying on the promise it would remove easily when needed.
I live in rentals and when it was time to move, i tried to remove the writey whiteboard and it peeled off the paint on my walls. Cost me alot of $$ to have this damage repaired for landlord. Unreliable product unfortunately

I love all the products, recently ordered sticky notes for teacher gifts, shipped quickly! Item was left out, emailed and got a response timely. Missing product shipped same day, without question! These sticky notes wipe clean, if some residue is left a bit of water will make it look like new again!! Will buy more if needed.

I love my Writey Board! The thickness really helps smooth over tiny bumps that I have on the wall and it sticks great! It is so versatile of where it can go and I much prefer it to a traditional white board.
