"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE"

I placed an order for an Xpole Xpert Pro and I received an Xpole Xpert instead. I contacted them many times over the following two weeks to resolve the issue, including several emails, calls, voicemails and messages through social media. I received no replies at all and their phone line was never answered. I have received no acknowledgement that they know that they have sent me the wrong product (one which is £35 cheaper than what I ordered) let alone any indication that they will rectify this in any way. I suspect they are closing the business and getting rid of remaining stock and this behaviour is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t buy from them! They are SCAMMERS. I ordered a pole over 10 days ago and I receive nothing, the delivery company received nothing from them and no replies to my emails or calls. Purely disgusting

I ordered my X-stage lite from My Dancing Pole as they had it in stock and X-pole direct had delays. My stage arrived in under 24 hours!! I had a few questions before I ordered it and they got back to me promptly. Offering a friendly and helpful response. I would 100% recommend this company. Amazing service.

I would recommend My Dancing Pole - Despite delays in shipping (through no fault of theirs), they communicated with their customers the whole way through with quick dispatch and delivery soon after payment.
Special mention to Rachael who was brilliant throughout - prompt replies to my (many) emails and despite a slight hiccup, she very quickly sorted out this out and kept me involved throughout so it didn't affect my experience with the company. She really went above and beyond what I expected.
I will have a few extra bits to order for my pole and I will 100% be purchasing them through this company.

This is probably one of the best companies I have dealt with, ever. Even through a pandemic they went above and beyond on more than one occasion of just one purchase/transaction. I have never felt more valued as a customer. Their customer service is absolutely second to none keeping me up to date all the time and answering all my questions whenever I asked them. I will 100% will be using them again whenever I need more pole dance equipment!

Can’t recommend this company enough!! Nothing was too much hassle and no questions were left unanswered. Excellent customer service even with being ridiculously busy they still managed to dispatch my pole within a week during lockdown. Pretty amazing to be able to receive a serious bunch of heavy parcels during lockdown.

"Excellent Customer Service!"

Particularly for an item as large (and heavy) as a stage, it's difficult to get delivery during the UK lockdown. The My Dancing Pole team were communicative, easy to get ahold of, and upfront about any delays they experienced. The delay was unavoidable (deliveries of essential items being prioritized by UPS, fair enough) but to avoid an additional delay, Lauren and the My Dancing Pole team had the stage shipped by freight! Truly above and beyond.
